How do I return my equipment?
You have three convenient options for returning your AireBeam equipment:

Once you receive the label, package your equipment securely and drop it off at any USPS location or USPS blue drop-off box near you.

What if I lost my return label?
No problem! A copy of your prepaid USPS return label was emailed to you when you completed the return form. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from AireBeam.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of cancellation. If you need more time, please contact our support team for guidance.
