Terms & Conditions: Referral credits apply only to active AireBeam account balances and cannot be transferred between residential or business accounts. Credits cannot be refunded or converted to cash. The referral credit will be applied to the existing customer’s account within 30 days of the new customer’s activation date. If either the referring or referred customer cancels service, the referral credit will be forfeited. There is no limit on the number of successful referrals a customer may make.

When do I receive my $25 referral credit?
Your $25 referral credit will be applied to your account within 30 days of the referred customer’s activation date.
How many people can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to AireBeam. You can earn a $25 referral credit for each eligible referral.
Does my friend need to be a new customer?
Yes! Your friend must be a new customer who signs up for an eligible service plan.

What if my friend cancels?
You will receive the $25 credit as long as your friend has been installed and has maintained active service for at least 30 days. You must also have active service at the time the credit is applied to receive the credit.
Can I refer someone outside my city?
Yes! You can refer anyone who is eligible for AireBeam services.
What if I was told I would receive more than a $25 referral credit?
If you were offered a referral credit greater than $25 as part of a special promotion, you will receive the promotional amount communicated to you, subject to the applicable promotion terms.
