Our PTO policy includes paid holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and two floating holidays. These floating holidays can be utilized for personal or mental health, or to observe significant holidays for you. Additionally, you’ll accrue vacation days based on your length of service, ranging from 2 work weeks in the first year to 5 work weeks for those with over 9 years of employment. We also provide 5 sick days per calendar year to care for your health and help you recover when needed. Fiber Construction Technician: Pinal County, AZ Maricopa, Cochise Counties - Full Time

Be a part of a team installing fiber cables in various communities. Duties include general construction labor such as excavating, trenching, and shoring while working around heavy equipment. The different types of fiber installation labor include but are not limited to Trenching, Boring, and Aerial installation. No experience is necessary, but it is helpful. Learn the trade and receive the tools you need to succeed in the industry with FibAire.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Installation of fiber cable in growing markets.
  • Maintain tower sites.

Skills Required:

  • Basic Construction Skills.
  • Organization.
  • Follow Directions.
  • Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials.
  • Keep the worksite clean and organized, free from unnecessary hazards.
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
  • Other duties as requested.

Required:

  • High School Diploma /GED preferred.
  • Driving Record: No moving violations within 12 months of the date of hire.
  • Ability to work well with others and be a part of a team.
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

Install AireBeam Products and Services for residential and commercial customers. Assist the Field Operations Manager in constructing and maintaining towers. 

 


Responsibilities:

  • Install, Uninstall, and Support AireBeam Products.
  • Maintain Tower Site Locations.

Skills Required:

  • Operating Power and Hand Tools
  • Basic construction skills: Concrete/Electrical/Fabrication
  • Climbing 30’ ladder
  • Walking on single and two-story home roofs
  • Using a computer with the Windows Operating System
  • Working with small electronics

Required:

  • Driver’s License: Regular Required
  • Driving Record: No moving violations within 12 months of the date of hire
  • Criminal Record: No prior convictions, misdemeanor or felony; Subject to Background Check
  • Personal References and work history required
  • Primary Work Location: Pinal County, AZ
  • Other Work Locations: Maricopa, Cochise Counties

Responsibilities include:

  • Promote quality customer experience and honest and committed customer care in a call center environment.
  • Engage in real-time troubleshooting with customers to resolve technical issues. Educate residential AireBeam customers about installing and using products.
  • Capture opportunities to offer additional or upgraded services to customers while providing a quality customer experience.

What We Required:

Besides being naturally outgoing and engaging, the minimum qualifications are:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience or college degree.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Organized and disciplined to work independently.
  • Some evening/weekend availability.

Primary Call Center Environment Responsibilities:

  • Promote honest, quality customer experience with committed customer care.
  • Engage in real-time troubleshooting with customers to resolve technical issues.
  • Educate residential AireBeam customers about the installation and use of products.
  • Capture opportunities to offer additional or upgraded services to customers as available, while providing a quality customer experience.

Networks Operation Support Technician

Must have excellent customer service skills and experience supporting fixed wireless and GPON fiber network operations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and operating computer systems.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Providing documentation for IT infrastructure.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Administration, Mobile Device Management, and Repair.
  • Knowledge Of Wireless Technologies and The Support of Wireless ISP Operations.
  • Knowledge Of Routing and Switching in A Large Enterprise Environment.
  • Expertice And Experience Administering a Large, Multi-Site LAN/WAN Network.
  • Knowledge Of Dynamic LAN/WAN Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF).
  • Knowledge Of Wifi Networking Technologies.
  • Knowledge Of Network Security and Firewall Administration.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP troubleshooting and network traffic problems.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good ability to create documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Tech support experience.
  • Previous experience with IT ticketing systems.
  • Experience using and supporting MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Network/system administration experience.
