Generous PTO Policy
At AireBeam, we prioritize your well-being and aim to support your holistic growth. Our PTO policy includes paid holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and two floating holidays. These floating holidays can be utilized for personal or mental health, or to observe significant holidays for you. Additionally, you’ll accrue vacation days based on your length of service, ranging from 2 work weeks in the first year to 5 work weeks for those with over 9 years of employment. We also provide 5 sick days per calendar year to care for your health and help you recover when needed.
