AireBeam Brings High-Speed Fiber Internet to Gold Canyon in Maricopa County

Build Out Begins, Customer Activations Underway with Community Kick-Off Scheduled

AireBeam, Arizona’s fastest-growing fiber-to-the-home and fixed wireless Internet provider, announced today the start of fiber Internet construction in the Gold Canyon area, covering the Superstition Views, Canyon Vistas and Montesa communities. Customer activations are available now, with a combined community kick-off event scheduled on November 6, 2025 in the Superstition Views Ballroom.

The expansion delivers fiber connectivity to more than 1300 homes and RV sites, offering high-speed, symmetrical upload and download speeds, low latency and reliable performance for video calls, streaming, telehealth, smart home devices and other digital needs.

“We’re excited to connect Gold Canyon with the fast, reliable Internet they’ve been asking for,” said Ben Elkins, CEO of AireBeam. “These are vibrant communities with strong engagement and demand for high-speed Internet. Residents have already shown tremendous interest which makes us thrilled to support their digital lifestyles and show how much we care for their community.”

Superstition Views is a casita-style 55+ manufactured home community known for its active lifestyle. Their next-door neighbor, Canyon Vistas, is a 55+ RV resort with a lively social calendar and community events. A little down the street is Montesa, a premier 55+ neighborhood offering quiet, resort-style living. Activities for Superstition Views and Canyon Vistas are usually combined with Montesa holding theirs separately. All properties are owned by Cal-Am Properties, headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA with a regional office in Mesa, AZ.

AireBeam will celebrate the launch with a combined kick-off event on November 6 for all three communities, bringing residents together with the company’s marketing, construction and executive teams. AireBeam plans to also host smaller, tailored events: attending Superstition Views and Canyon Vistas morning Coffee & Donuts, “Bandwidth & Bites” activities, while Montesa will host Coffee & Donuts and happy hour events. They also plan to pop-up at select “Music on the Patio” events for both parks.

According to Elkins, AireBeam supports these types of gatherings because they offer residents a chance to explore their new fiber Internet service, ask questions and connect with neighbors and the AireBeam team in a fun, community-focused setting. It is a perfect example of how AireBeam strives to be a part of the community, not just another vendor, he emphasized.

“Gold Canyon residents deserve fast, fairly priced and future-ready fiber Internet,” Elkins added. “This expansion underscores AireBeam’s commitment to bridging the digital divide across Arizona and providing the connectivity these communities need to stay connected and engaged, all the while showing our desire to be a part of each and every community.”
