Promotion Acceptance: By signing, I confirm my participation in the AireBeam Fiber Internet $50.00 Gift Card promotional offer, subject to the specified terms of the promotion.
Service and Installation Acknowledgment: I acknowledge the order of AireBeam Fiber Internet service and consent to the installation procedures on my property, including necessary trenching, and I commit to using this service in accordance with AireBeam's terms, conditions, and policies.
One-Year Service Agreement: I agree to maintain AireBeam Fiber Internet service for a minimum of one year from the date of activation and understand that early termination may result in fees or penalties as outlined in AireBeam's terms of service.

Activation Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for the $50.00 AireBeam GiftoGram Gift Card Promotion

Promotion Eligibility: This promotion is open only to residential customers who have received this offer via email. To be eligible for the $50.00 AireBeam GiftoGram Gift Card (“Promotion”), participants must activate a new residential fiber internet service account with AireBeam.
Activation Period: Eligible participants must activate their new AireBeam fiber internet service on or before January 31, 2024.
Service Commitment: Participants must agree to a minimum service term of one year for the new fiber internet service.
Promotion Entry: To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must either:
- Place an order through the AireBeam website at airebeam.com/activation_promotion, or
- Call AireBeam at 520-510-0909 and mention the $50.00 gift card promo, using the email address to which the offer was sent.
Gift Card Redemption: The $50.00 AireBeam GiftoGram Gift Card will be sent to the email address associated with the new service account within 5 business days following the activation of the service.
Usage of Gift Card: The gift card can be redeemed at a selection of vendors, including but not limited to Amazon.com, or can be converted into a Visa Digital Gift Card. The choice of redemption is at the discretion of the recipient at the time of redemption.
Chargeback Clause: If the service is deactivated for any reason within the 12-month commitment period, the value of the gift card will be charged back to the customer’s account.
Limitation of Liability: AireBeam is not responsible for any technical errors that may prevent a customer from entering the Promotion or redeeming the gift card.
Other Conditions: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of AireBeam, which are final and binding in all respects.
Variation to Terms: AireBeam reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

DOES WEATHER AFFECT FIBER?

Due to fiber optics sending light beams down the thin strands of glass rather than electrical signals, these cables are not affected by weather changes. Rain, cold and extreme heat can affect traditional electrical signals but do not have any effect on fiber optics.

HOW LONG IS THE INSTALL PROCESS?

Once fiber is available to the home, the install process should take up to 2 hours.

HOW IS FIBER INTERNET INSTALLED?

AireBeam Fiber Network's installation process follows these three steps:

1) Fiber cable is placed at street level.

2) Fiber is run from the street to homes/apartment buildings and connected using a box on the outside of those homes/buildings, known as a Network Interface Unit (NIU). You don’t need to be home when it happens. The NIU connects your home or apartment building to the AireBeam Fiber Network.

3) A technician will then install a Fiber Jack if you don't already have one, which connects your router to the AireBeam Fiber Network inside your home.
