Residents can sign up individually through AireBeam and choose the plan that best fits their needs. This is ideal for anyone who uses the internet for heavy streaming, gaming, video calls, or working from home, since personal plans offer the strongest speeds and reliability.
We can also provide park-wide WiFi as a community amenity, but shared networks are designed for basic browsing and light use only.
In addition, AireBeam can install WiFi for common areas—such as clubhouses, pools, or community centers—to keep shared spaces connected.

Does AireBeam handle resident support and service requests?
Yes — AireBeam handles all resident support and service requests directly. Our 24/7 local support team is available anytime to assist residents with installation questions, connectivity issues, troubleshooting, upgrades, or billing inquiries.
If the park has a bulk or community agreement, we can also coordinate closely with park management to make sure any on-site needs are handled quickly and efficiently.

How disruptive is the installation to existing infrastructure?

What equipment is needed for service?
AireBeam fiber internet uses both outdoor and indoor equipment, and it is included with a 1-year service contract:

Outside: A small, gray FET (Fiber Enclosure Terminal) box is installed on the exterior of your home, with fiber running through orange conduit to bring the connection inside.

Inside: A compact Optical Network Unit (ONU) and router are installed and mounted inside your home, keeping them out of the way while delivering fast, reliable internet.
