Your account will be terminated on the date of your request, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle, and any outstanding balances through the termination date must be paid.
If you are terminating service under a contract, you are responsible for the contract break fee.
After termination is processed, you must return all rented Equipment within 30 days. AireBeam will email return instructions after your cancellation is approved.
If Equipment is not returned within 30 days, AireBeam may charge your payment method for the Equipment cost. Charges already applied may be credited only upon receipt of the Equipment.
AireBeam may dispatch a technician to uninstall or remove Equipment at its discretion.
