First-Time Recognition for Top ISP in Central Arizona

AireBeam, a visionary Internet service provider and a subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation (NYSE: BOC), announced today it has been named one of the Top Companies to Work for in Arizona. This annual program was created to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Arizona on company culture and business influence.

Top Companies to Work for in Arizona is a research-driven program from Best Companies Group that examines a company’s practices, programs and benefits and surveys company employees for their perspective. Companies that meet certain criteria are considered the Top Companies to Work for in Arizona. To be considered for participation, companies had to have a facility in Arizona, have at least 15 eligible employees and be in business a minimum of one year.

“This recognition is a testament to our employees,” said Ben Elkins, CEO of AireBeam. “As management, we can put in place all the processes and support systems necessary to make AireBeam a good place to work, but it is our employees and their actions everyday that makes it an even greater place to work.”

Companies from across Arizona entered the two-part survey process to determine Top Companies to Work for in Arizona. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and final rankings.

Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings. Companies will be recognized in the August 2024 issue of the Arizona Capitol Times
